Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior UX/UI Designer to join our product team, focusing on enhancing user experience, prototyping, and collaborating on the development of intuitive and attractive interfaces. An environment of continuous learning and an innovation-driven culture We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior UX/UI Designer with foundational knowledge and a strong desire to learn and grow with us. The role will be part of the product team, helping improve user experience and prototyping. **Responsibilities:** * Support the creation of intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile. * Assist in conducting user research and usability testing. * Create user flows, wireframes, and low- and high-fidelity prototypes. * Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation fidelity. * Maintain and evolve our Design System. * Analyze behavioral metrics to propose continuous improvements to the user journey. **Requirements:** * Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and visual skills (even academic or conceptual projects are acceptable). * Proficiency in design tools (preferably **Figma**). * Basic knowledge of Design Thinking and User-Centered Design methodologies. * Understanding of digital accessibility and responsive design. * Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and openness to feedback. **Nice-to-Haves:** * Basic HTML/CSS knowledge. * Prior experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Additional courses in UX Research or Interaction Design. **We Offer:** * An environment of continuous learning. * A culture of innovation and user-centric focus.
