Job Summary:
Responsible for organizing the Tax Department, verifying tax invoices, calculating taxes, and submitting ancillary tax obligations.
Key Highlights:
1. Customer service for tax guidance and clarification
2. Interaction with Accounting and IT departments
3. Monitoring of tax legislation and its amendments
**Your Key Challenges:**
* Organizing daily routines of the Tax Department;
* Verifying and recording tax invoices (input, output, and services), manually or via XML/file import;
* Calculating, verifying, and submitting payment slips for federal, state, and municipal taxes for companies under Real Profit and Presumed Profit regimes engaged in service activities;
* Controlling, verifying, and submitting payment slips for withheld taxes;
* Collaborating with the Accounting and IT departments to align configuration routines, expense/cost classification, and integration of tax information into accounting systems;
* Submitting monthly and annual ancillary tax obligations (GIA, DCTF, ECD, ECF, EFD Contributions, EFD REINF, DIRF, DIMOB, DIMED);
* Monitoring tax legislation and its amendments, and analyzing their application;
* Providing customer service for tax guidance and clarification, issuing tax invoices, and supporting customers during tax audits conducted by municipal, state, and federal authorities.
**Requirements:**
* Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences;
* Proficiency in computer applications;
* Intermediate/advanced Excel skills preferred;
* Prior experience in the accounting field.

Salary: R$4.540,00 - R$4.818,00 per month
