Ensure code quality, performance, and front-end best practices Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Develop modern web interfaces using **React 19** and **TypeScript** * Create responsive layouts with **Tailwind CSS**, based on an internal design system with semantic tokens * Build and evolve complex forms with **React Hook Form \+ Zod** * Integrate screens with **REST APIs** using **TanStack Query** * Work side by side with designers and the product team, transforming prototypes into real-world experiences * Ensure code quality, performance, and front\-end best practices * Fix bugs, enhance features, and participate in **code reviews** * Contribute ideas and continuous improvements to the product What we expect from you: * Practical experience with **React** (hooks, component composition, state management) * Strong command of modern **JavaScript** (ES6\+) * Experience with **TypeScript** — typing props, basic generics, and derived types * Solid foundation in **HTML5** and **CSS** * Experience with form and validation libraries (**React Hook Form**, **Zod**/Yup or similar) * Knowledge of **Git** and workflow involving branches and pull requests * Well-organized, reusable, and well-structured code Nice-to-have qualifications: ✚ Experience with **TanStack Query** and **TanStack Table** ✚ Familiarity with **Vite** and modern build tools ✚ Experience building or maintaining a **design system** / component library ✚ Basic understanding of **UX/UI** ✚ Experience in agile environments (**Scrum / Kanban**) Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at R$4\.457,00 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance Work location: Hybrid remote for Cascavel, PR
