Supporting production areas on performance indicators, optimization of results, and product quality. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Process Engineering; Maximum of 2 years since graduation; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and PDCA methodology; Willingness to reside in Cafelândia–PR; Fixed-term contract of 2 years; Resumes will be reviewed and selected candidates will be contacted to proceed to the next stage of the selection process by October 10, 2025\.
