Manage document control and administrative routines * Fluent English (preferred) * Minimum technical qualification in the relevant field * Prior experience in the role RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide secretarial support to the presidency in carrying out daily activities; * Plan and organize the appointment schedule, both online and in-person, including times and dates; * Arrange business trips (including booking and check-in); * Answer phone calls, draft and respond to correspondence; * Greet visitors; and other related duties; * Manage document control, payments, filing, and administrative routines; * Draft, review, and send emails, messages, reports, and documents.
