Your main responsibilities will include: * Assisting with administrative and operational tasks within the department. * Handling telephone calls and directing them as needed. * Organizing and archiving documents, maintaining their order and accessibility. * Assisting in preparing reports and spreadsheets using tools such as Excel and Word. * Keeping your work area organized and clean, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. * Conducting research and data collection as requested by the team. * Assisting with inventory control and restocking office supplies. * Providing customer support by delivering information and forwarding requests.
