The position of **Administrative Post\-Construction Intern** reports to the Engineering Directorate and integrates into the **Post-Construction Department**. **Responsibilities and Duties** — In summary, your responsibilities will include: * Updating/creating control spreadsheets; * Updating/creating Power BI dashboards; * Updating the ticket control tool; * Updating service providers’ schedules; * Contributing to the creation/updating of department-related procedures; * Participating in the creation/updating of presentations; * Providing feedback to other departments; * Reviewing projects; * Preparing reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** — To apply for this position, you must: * Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in **Administration, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Architecture, or related fields**; * Have **intermediate/advanced** proficiency in **Excel**; * Be available to intern for 6 hours per day, either in the morning or afternoon. — It is important that you demonstrate: * Organization; * Proactivity; * Assertive communication. **Additional Information** **Benefits of being a hyper:** We care about the well-being of our employees, affectionately called *hypers*!
