Description: What we need you to know: * Degree, duly registered, in Information Technology or related field. * Practical experience in mobile application development using Flutter and Dart. * Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Strong ownership mindset and commitment to work quality. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Architecture Definition: Participate in defining and implementing application architecture, applying principles such as Clean Architecture and modularization to ensure modular and scalable solutions. * Technical Leadership and Mentoring: Serve as a technical reference for the team, lead code reviews, and mentor less experienced developers by sharing knowledge and best practices. * Full Software Lifecycle Management: Participate in all development stages—from conception and requirement definition through development, testing, deployment, and monitoring. * Quality and Performance Assurance: Evaluate application performance and usability, propose performance improvements, and apply robust testing practices—including unit, widget, and integration tests. * Implementation of Modern Processes: Apply continuous delivery (CI/CD) and DevOps practices to ensure agile and high-quality deliveries. * Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with backend teams, UI/UX designers, and product managers, effectively communicating design decisions and requirements. Advanced Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Dart Language and Flutter Framework: Solid experience developing with Flutter and Dart. * State Management: In-depth knowledge of various state management approaches, such as BLoC, Cubit, Provider, MobX, or equivalents. * Architecture and Design Patterns: Mastery of design patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code to write clean, maintainable code. * Cloud Integration and Services: Experience integrating REST/JSON APIs, microservices, and cloud services such as Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics). * Native Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity or prior experience with native Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) development is a significant advantage. #LI-MG #LI-HYBRID 2512260202491119364
