




**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 12:45 PM – 6:10 PM / 7:25 PM – 10:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT labor code We are seeking a professional to work in the Quality Control department of our wheat mill, ensuring compliance, standardization, and excellence in raw material and finished product classification processes. **Responsibilities:** * Perform wheat classification analyses, evaluating dirt, infestation, impurities, defects, and rheological profile according to the current contract. * Conduct flour sample analyses during milling and dispatch, guiding process adjustments when necessary. * Determine flour blends, additive corrections, and packaging selection according to customer specifications and unit planning. * Comply with and promote Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S, staying updated on requirements and proposing improvements. * Monitor inspections conducted by the third-party pest control company, identifying opportunities for improvement. * Maintain the laboratory clean, organized, and aligned with established standards. * Perform truck checklists to ensure compliance during loading and dispatch stages. **Requirements:** **You may stand out if you have:** * Technical degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Agro-industry, or related fields. * Availability to work rotating shifts in Itapejara D’Oeste. * Basic knowledge of laboratory analyses. * Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Education allowance, Profit-sharing program, Life insurance, Meal voucher
