Organize truck inventory and serve customers NÓRDICA VEÍCULOS S/A – Career Opportunity Position: Operational Instructor II Nórdica Veículos S/A, an authorized Volvo dealer for trucks and buses, recognized for quality, innovation, and excellence in customer service, has a new opportunity to join the team. **Requirements** * Extensive expertise in driving instruction for heavy and medium-duty vehicle drivers; * Knowledge of defensive driving techniques, traffic regulations, and technical aspects of heavy/medium-duty vehicles; * Strong oral communication skills, clarity, and teaching ability when delivering lectures and training sessions; * Valid and current driver's license category **E**; * Basic knowledge of mechanics and electricity (preferred); * Flexibility regarding working hours. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare materials and conduct driving training for customers; * Perform technical delivery of new vehicles, including guidance on technical specifications, warranty, maintenance schedules, and other relevant information; * Move trucks within the yard (inspection, maintenance, and cleaning); * Receive and inspect trucks delivered by the factory or transportation company; * Organize truck inventory in the yard, provide customer service, and perform other related duties. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (**R$ 25.00 per day**); * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Pharmacy discount program; * Total Pass; * On-site parking.
