Job Summary: A professional responsible for warranty processing, pre-analysis of parts, inspection and monitoring of part receipt, technical visits, and technical support to customers. Key Highlights: 1. Handling warranty processing and technical analysis of parts 2. Conducting technical visits to customers for inspection 3. Providing technical support to branches and customers * Warranty processing; * Pre-analysis of parts and issuance of pre-technical reports (samples and warranty claims); * Inspection and monitoring of part receipt (measurement, quality monitoring); * Technical visits to customers for inspection of parts under open warranty requests; * Technical support to branches and customers on technical matters. Requirements: \- Availability for travel; \- Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
