




**Job Objective** Strategically and operationally manage corporate benefits, ensuring processes related to employee movements, controls, and monthly purchases, while proposing improvements and monitoring market trends to guarantee employee satisfaction and company competitiveness. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Operational: Manage benefits administration processes (transportation vouchers, meal/food vouchers, medical assistance, dental assistance, insurance, etc.), performing enrollments, cancellations, and registration updates. Financial: Monitor invoices, verify tax invoices, and ensure payments are made within agreed deadlines. Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact point with suppliers and support business units regarding inquiries and quality-of-life programs. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies. Strategic (Full Focus): Conduct feasibility studies for new benefits, monitor KPIs, and propose improvements based on market best practices. **Requirements:** Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or related fields. Experience: Solid and proven experience in Benefits, preferably within medium- or large-sized companies. Excel: Advanced level (macros, dashboards, complex formulas, and spreadsheet automation). Knowledge: Thorough understanding of labor legislation applicable to benefits and hands-on experience with HR management systems (ERP). Skills: Analytical ability to manage indicators, negotiation skills with suppliers, and autonomy to lead improvement projects. Desirable Qualifications (Preferred) Postgraduate degree in People Management or related fields. Experience implementing flexible benefits programs. Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and occupational health programs.
