**Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct prospecting and procurement of low-complexity and low-value services, materials, and equipment, ensuring timeliness, quality, and cost-effectiveness; request technical and commercial proposals from suppliers while evaluating optimal conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery timelines to meet organizational needs; * Request technical and commercial proposals, prepare quotation requests, summarize and process information in spreadsheets, develop proposals and solutions, and act under guidance and supervision; * Interact with suppliers to clarify doubts and negotiate proposals (payment terms, guarantees, penalties, obligations of parties, tax aspects, price adjustments, pricing, etc.), and request and evaluate supply contracts; * Monitor purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery by enforcing contractual terms, clauses, and agreed deadlines; * Complete control spreadsheets with key performance indicators for purchase orders to enable performance tracking and follow-up. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Experience in procurement and supply chain; * Intermediate Excel skills. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages designed to enhance the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
