Professional to develop and optimize industrial processes, work on manufacturing layouts, and apply Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production, Electrical, or Automation);
* Experience in production processes, especially mechanical assembly involving torque control, pressing, and functional testing;
* Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking) for interaction with international teams and suppliers;
* Knowledge of automotive quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA).
Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimize industrial processes from conception and prototyping through mass production and product lifecycle;
* Work on manufacturing layouts, material flow, and machine placement, proposing and implementing optimizations;
* Apply Lean Manufacturing methodologies and statistical tools to identify waste and improvement opportunities, focusing on cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and assurance of quality and safety;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Product Engineering, Logistics, and Maintenance) to implement continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Six Sigma) and resolve problems;
* Prepare technical specifications for procurement of equipment, tooling, and fixtures;
* Develop and maintain technical process documentation (flowcharts, Process FMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions).
