Responsibilities: * Inspect and release factory areas and equipment; * Archive and verify documents relevant to the department; * Verify, record, and scan documentation related to the receipt of raw materials, inputs, packaging, chemical products, and food-grade lubricants; * Perform inspection, release, and monitoring of loading operations: trailers, trucks, and containers; * Verify completed checklists and forms; * Prepare, review, print, request, and distribute quality and process documents; * Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished products; * Identify non-conformities and record them in reports; * Propose improvements to production processes to ensure product quality; * Conduct tests and trials to ensure compliance with technical specifications; * Participate in meetings with the production team to discuss product quality; * Perform laboratory analyses in-house. Requirements: * Prior experience as a Quality Inspector; * Technical or undergraduate studies in progress; * Experience reading and interpreting technical manuals and procedures; * Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP; * Familiarity with regulatory instructions and national/international guidelines related to Quality Assurance and associated fields; * Advanced computer skills: Windows, Internet, Word, Excel; * Knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures; * Ability to identify and resolve problems; * Capacity to work effectively in a team.
