Job Summary:
The professional will supervise and guide academic tasks, provide academic reinforcement, receive beneficiaries, and carry out the daily routine of children and adolescents.

**Description:****Main Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and guide the completion of academic tasks for children and adolescents under their responsibility, teaching, clarifying doubts, ensuring tasks are completed and properly understood;
* Deliver academic reinforcement activities appropriate to each beneficiary's developmental level;
* Receive and welcome all beneficiaries served;
* Report situations involving risk or rights violations to the program coordination;
* Implement and monitor the daily routine of served children and adolescents, observing and addressing their needs;
* Preserve the physical and mental integrity of children, adolescents, and other staff members;
* Guide beneficiaries on compliance with institutional rules and regulations;
* Accompany and supervise children and adolescents during internal and external movements whenever necessary;
* Participate in socioeducational meetings;
* Develop various socioeducational projects as directed by coordination, ensuring excellence and goal achievement;
* Conduct artistic, leisure, cultural, recreational, sports, pedagogical, and playful activities;
* Carry out daily routine activities for children and adolescents, such as personal hygiene, serving meals, and waste collection.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree completed in Pedagogy or Letters
Relevant work experience
**Additional Instructions:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:30
**Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's degree
