We are looking for a professional with an analytical profile, results-focused and strategic vision to lead the Personnel Department's processes and team, ensuring legal compliance, operational efficiency and excellence in employee service. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise all personnel administration routines: hiring, dismissals, vacations, benefits, payroll and social charges; * Ensure compliance with labor, social security, and union legislation; * Manage and review payroll closing, social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF), and ancillary obligations (eSocial, DIRF, RAIS, CAGED); * Monitor and track departmental indicators (absenteeism, turnover, personnel costs); * Support internal and external audits; * Develop and train the DP team; * Interact with partner areas (Accounting, Legal, HR, and Finance) to ensure process integration. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Proven experience in DP coordination and team leadership; * Solid knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Experience with payroll systems and electronic timekeeping platforms; * Knowledge of eSocial and updates from Labor Reform is desirable. **Differentiators:** * Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Controllership, or related areas; * Experience in medium or large companies; * Proactive, organized profile with a focus on results. **What we offer:** * Market-competitive compensation; * Attractive benefits package; * Collaborative and growing environment; * Opportunities for professional growth and recognition.
