Additionally, they will directly lead the team, prepare procedural reports, and control the progress of processes, always aiming to maximize results and protect clients' interests. **Requirements** Education: Bachelor's degree in Law Experience: Not required Previous experience in banking and securities law is a differentiator Active OAB registration **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the Control team, monitor deadlines, notices, and publications in the CPJ system, ensuring efficient task distribution. * Create monthly reports, fee statements, and cash verifications, as well as perform analyses to assist in system parameterization. * Monitor hearings and expert evaluations, enter data into the CPJ system, send expert reports, and update fee calculations. * Control new actions from insurers and clients, relay deadlines, open files, and insert documents and process updates via Robot. * Ensure compliance with quality standards by monitoring SGQ performance and identifying improvement opportunities for senior management. * Coordinate the Control team, communicate deadlines and information, and ensure clear and objective communication with managers and clients. * Guarantee that all processes meet quality requirements and internal standards, proposing improvements and reporting results to senior management.
