Supervises team activities, ensuring all members fulfill their duties in accordance with company policies. 2\. Analyzes sales reports and provides feedback on team performance. 3\. Trains new employees, promoting the development of required skills. 4\. Assists in inventory management, ensuring product availability and minimizing losses. 5\. Contributes to strategic sales planning and promotional campaigns. 6\. Interacts with customers, addresses their needs, and ensures satisfaction. 7\. Ensures compliance with workplace safety and health regulations. 8\. Implements operational process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 9\. Monitors established goals and makes necessary adjustments. 10\. Reports any irregularities or issues to the manager.
