Job Summary: Perform failure analysis and comprehensive maintenance on vehicle air conditioning systems, including electrical and mechanical components. Key Highlights: 1. Repair and programming of vehicle electroelectronic systems **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform vehicle failure analysis activities using the 5W2H methodology. Inspect the vehicle air conditioning system: refrigerant fluid compressor, expansion valves, condenser, evaporator, dryer filter, liquid reservoir, pressure switch, thermostat, temperature sensors, air exhaust fans and blowers, vehicle electrical system, control boards (relays, fuses), wiring harnesses, electromagnetic clutch, auxiliary alternator, belts, refrigerant fluid tubing, and heating system. Perform refrigerant fluid recharge, replacement and adjustment of air conditioning belts, replacement of cabin air filters and anti\-pollen filters, evaporator hygiene cleaning, replacement of power boards, controller programming, repair or replacement of connectors and wiring harnesses, use refrigeration manifold gauges for pressure measurement, use refrigerant recovery equipment, perform tubing cleaning, evacuate the system, repair refrigerant fluid compressor, control and supplement lubricating oil, repair and inspect hose connections, identify leaks, replace exhaust fans, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the air conditioning system, and record all performed activities via service order. Perform temperature measurements, thermal insulation work on tubing, disassembly and assembly of air outlet covers, repair of air curtains, execute operational checklists for the system, and verify climate control efficiency. **EDUCATION:** Completed Technical or Technologist course in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Automotive Mechanics, or Refrigeration. **RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:** Experience in vehicle maintenance is desirable. **DRIVER'S LICENSE:** Category B. **KNOWLEDGE AND/OR TRAINING:** Courses related to vehicle air conditioning system maintenance, vehicle electroelectronics, control boards and controllers. NR35\ training course.
