Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain the oil analysis system, requesting oil samples from the maintenance team to monitor lubricant performance and identify anomalies and contamination in equipment. * Establish and sustain the vibration data collection process, analyzing the performance of routes and continuously updating the database to track route and plan performance. * Analyze predictive maintenance data collected both from offline routes and online monitoring to identify deviations in machine and equipment operation. * Perform dynamic balancing using a data collector to reduce vibrations to acceptable operational and safety levels, ensuring improved equipment performance and safe operating conditions. * Conduct thermographic inspections using an infrared camera to identify overheating and thermal anomalies, aiming to prevent failures and ensure operational safety. * Conduct internal inspections using an industrial borescope to access hard-to-see areas, identifying incipient failures to ensure accurate diagnostics and minimize unnecessary disassembly. * Perform ultrasonic inspections to detect leaks in compressed air lines, aiming to reduce energy losses and increase system efficiency. * Record working hours.
