Development of occupational safety training programs Perform occupational safety-related activities, adopting a preventive approach to eliminate or reduce risks of workplace accidents/occupational diseases, while ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform occupational safety-related activities, adopting a preventive approach to eliminate or reduce risks of workplace accidents/occupational diseases, while ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation; * Manage the CIPA and fire brigade, aiming to implement corrective and preventive solutions for workplace accidents; * Demonstrate, through documentation, the company's actions toward continuous improvement to reduce the number of workplace accidents; * Provide assistance in cases of workplace accidents and investigate their causes to prevent recurrence; * Develop occupational safety training programs, including awareness-raising initiatives and dissemination of safety standards, aiming to foster a preventive safety mindset among employees; * Maintain occupational health and safety (OHS) documentation to ensure compliance with applicable occupational safety legal requirements (NRs, PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, etc); * Conduct studies and prepare preliminary risk analyses (PRAs); * Record traffic accidents involving company fleet vehicles; * Conduct safety inspections in operational areas; * Periodically perform checklists for machines, equipment, and tools to ensure safe operating conditions; * Participate in the client's safety committee, when applicable; * Conduct periodic safety inspections of company fleet and employee transportation vehicles to ensure necessary safety conditions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Technical degree in Occupational Safety * Experience: 3 years **Additional Information** Among the main benefits and differentiators of this position are: * **Health and dental insurance**, ensuring employee well-being * **Meal allowance or food allowance** * **Transportation allowance** * **Profit-sharing program (PLR)** or performance-based bonus * **Global benefits program “Veolia Cares”**, focused on employee health, well-being, and quality of life * **Ongoing training and development**, encouraging technical and professional growth * **Structured career path**, with opportunities for internal advancement * **Inclusive and diverse environment**, with policies promoting equality and valuing people Additionally, as a multinational company, the organization offers exposure to **international best practices in safety and environmental management**, adding value to professional experience.
