Company that acts with ethics and respect **Job Description:** ---------------------- The Backhoe Operator will work in the farm maintenance department, responsible for operating the backhoe safely and efficiently, performing excavations and moving soil, sand, and other materials; loading and transporting materials within the farm; and maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness.
