We are more than just a digital platform for research, data collection, and analysis; we are the bridge between citizens and public agencies, facilitating communication that leads to more informed decisions and, consequently, more efficient and responsive public management. **Role Mission** As an **Inbound Marketing Analyst**, your primary objective will be to develop and implement a content strategy for Alfa Group companies (Alfa Inteligência, SOGO, and Tensai), aiming to engage our target audience, reinforce brand identity, and drive demand and sales generation through high-quality and relevant content. You will lead the planning, creation, execution, and analysis of content across multiple channels, ensuring a cohesive audience journey throughout all stages of the marketing funnel. This position requires a deep understanding of how content can be strategically used to guide audiences through their purchasing journey. **Requirements** * Preference for experience in digital marketing agencies, technology, and/or government; * Experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of successful content strategy development in B2C and B2B environments; * Experience in project management, including planning, execution, timeline and budget monitoring; * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret content performance data and adjust strategies accordingly; * Initiative and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality. **Responsibilities:** 1\) Create and manage an editorial calendar aligned with the company's strategic plan, including integrated campaigns and product launches; 2\) Manage content across various channels, leading the creation and distribution process of content in diverse formats (including videos, blogs, ebooks, infographics, etc.) and platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), optimized for each stage of the marketing funnel and specific channel characteristics; 3\) Collaborate with Instructional Designers and other team members to develop scripts that explain complex concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner; 4\) Develop top, middle, and bottom-of-funnel content strategies to generate leads and strengthen brand presence; 5\) Use data and analytics to evaluate content performance, identify trends and insights, and continuously optimize strategies and tactics to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI; 6\) Work closely with SEO, Social, Paid, and Performance teams to ensure the editorial plan meets the needs of these areas, guaranteeing consistent and standardized messaging across group companies; 7\) Collaborate with designers to create visual assets that complement content, such as social media images or presentations; 8\) Research and implement SEO techniques to optimize content and improve search engine rankings; 9\) Conduct keyword research, market trend analysis, and competitive research to ensure group brands maintain a strategic and competitive positioning in the digital landscape; 10\) Produce reports for periodic monitoring of key KPIs across different channels used in the Inbound Marketing strategy, supporting analysis and improvement of the entire demand and revenue generation funnel between Marketing and Sales; 11\) Write copy aligned with buyer personas and the objectives of each nurturing campaign; 12\) Stay updated on trends and innovations in Digital Marketing, such as Artificial Intelligence, Marketing Automation, and Influencer Marketing. **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields **Work Location** João Pessoa/PB (Hybrid Model) **Employment Type** PJ
