You will work collaboratively with the team, developing creatives, landing pages, offline materials, and video content, always ensuring high-quality visual delivery aligned with design best practices and our target audience profile. **Key responsibilities:** * Creating landing pages, static and animated creatives (motion), as well as copy aligned with performance and squad strategy; * Participating in the creation of target audiences and personas; * Knowledge of Direct Marketing / Inbound Marketing; * Ability to communicate and engage different audiences; * Contributing to creative optimization based on data; * Direct contact with other team members for the development of artwork, videos, landing pages, and any others necessary for the success of your role. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of design best practices: Typography, Colors, Shapes, and how to combine them thoughtfully; * Proficiency with main design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Capcut); * Desirable knowledge of Mental Triggers, Neuromarketing, models such as AIDA, among others; * Knowledge of Premiere and After Effects is desirable / will be a plus (will be a differentiator); * Self-managed, committed to deliverables, and well-organized with files; * Enjoy working in a team; * Communication skills. ***What we offer:*** * Access to Staage courses; * Dynamic and collaborative environment; * Professional growth opportunities; * Continuous development and constant learning; * Meritocratic management; * Possibility of partnership based on performance and cultural alignment with the business.
