Learn more about our Welder's day-to-day responsibilities: **Your responsibilities will include:** * Prepare MIG welding or Spot welding; * Prepare materials and equipment for welding; * Adjust the welding machine; * Prepare and use welding jigs; * Calibrate parts after the welding process using jigs; * Perform finishing with grit compatible with the type of paint to be used; * Read and interpret mechanical drawings and perform measurements; * Assemble and weld any product and prototypes using drawings and production orders; * Ensure that quality requirements are met; * Observe and follow work procedures and instructions (WIs) and operational procedures; * Separate and remove defective parts for scrap or rework from manufacturing areas; **We expect you to:** * Work with great attention, concentration, and precision; * Be agile; * Demonstrate initiative; * Have good interpersonal skills; * Enjoy working in a team; * Have physical endurance; * Show commitment. **Consider applying for this role if you:** * Have solid experience in MIG or Spot welding; * Possess knowledge in Industrial Basic Mechanics; * Have completed welder training courses. **It will be an advantage if you:** * Have completed vocational training courses in Mechanics. **What we offer for this position:** * Starting salary of R$2500.00; * Hazardous duty allowance; * Meal voucher R$250.00 or on-site meals; * Transportation voucher; * Attendance bonus of R$150; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Health insurance (Paraná Clínicas).
