Job Summary: Support the collection, organization, processing, and analysis of information by developing and configuring survey forms, monitoring progress, and consolidating results. Preparation of status and monitoring reports in Power BI. **Job Description** Support the collection and organization of information processing and analysis. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and configure online survey forms (internal and external), following the company's standardized questionnaire templates. * Monitor and track survey progress, preparing status and monitoring reports in Power BI. * Organize, process, and structure databases derived from surveys, ensuring data quality, consistency, and standardization. * Consolidate results and prepare preliminary reports in Excel for analysis by consultants responsible for diagnostics. * Support the implementation and optimization of internal processes and services offered by the company through technology utilization and data analysis. * Assist in organizing materials and documents related to consulting projects. * Prepare and organize certificates of participation in training sessions and workshops delivered to external clients. **Requirements:** At least 1 year of experience in data analysis and digital tools. **Education:** Psychology, Data Analysis, or related fields. **Desirable:** English and/or Spanish. **Note:** Opportunity available nationwide in Brazil.
