It would be highly desirable if you: * Have experience in goal deployment; * Are knowledgeable in Power BI; * Understand the PDCA and SDCA cycles. In summary, your responsibilities will include: * Managing people, ensuring cross-departmental integration, and handling conflict resolution to achieve optimal outcomes; * Preparing and monitoring the semi-annual cash flow of construction projects; * Preparing and reviewing service proposal evaluations for contracting; * Developing service scopes for contracting; * Assisting in the study of new execution methods; * Conducting physical and financial progress monitoring of construction projects; * Participating in PBQP-H and ISO 9001 certification audits, including preparation of relevant documentation and supporting involved departments; * Managing and/or developing performance indicators and leading the team toward target achievement; * Studying and coordinating project designs; * Preparing the Owner's Manual and as-built drawings; * Conducting and documenting inspections with clients and condominiums; * Ensuring the entire construction project complies with the expected performance profile for that project; * Preparing CCR (Control and Capture of Results) presentations for management. 2511230202461564029
