Then join our team!\-We are seeking a JUNIOR LOGISTICS ASSISTANT to directly monitor transportation operations for our own fleet, third-party carriers, and affiliated carriers. This person will be responsible for activities such as trip monitoring, system updates, issuance of transport documents, communication with drivers, and cargo scheduling. This role is essential to strengthen interdepartmental integration, optimize logistical performance, and ensure more agile operational decisions aligned with the company's strategy. Responsibilities:\-Monitors the execution of transportation operations performed by the OWN FLEET, THIRD-PARTY CARRIERS, and AFFILIATED CARRIERS, ensuring all stages—from planning through service completion—proceed smoothly, on schedule, with control and quality, directly contributing to fleet performance and customer satisfaction. \- Monitors trip execution time and vehicle movement, flagging deviations, improvement opportunities, and anomalies to operational managers. \- Conducts trip verifications via customer portals, checking transports and schedules against both planning and actual operations, while organizing and managing the department’s administrative schedules to ensure smooth logistical processes. \- Updates internal systems with operational, financial, and fleet control data, including records of unloading and parking payments, and issues and forwards loading orders and scheduling confirmations to customers. \- Communicates all necessary information—including schedules, routes, loading/unloading locations, and internal procedures—to drivers according to the daily schedule, aiming to manage cargo availability and direct optimal fleet allocation. \- Supports the logistics team in initiating damage and deviation reporting processes and facilitates communication among internal departments such as Finance, Human Resources, and Maintenance. \- Assists with administrative tasks in daily logistics operations, including controlling and dispatching transport documents (e.g., CTEs), delivery receipts, service orders, and monthly envelopes to Finance and HR departments, as well as collaborating on reviewing drivers’ monthly envelopes and managing internal fuel control.
