Leadership in continuous improvement projects **Job Description:** ---------------------- Develop and manage performance indicators for industrial maintenance, projects/construction, and fleet fuel consumption. Monitor employee travel and control operational costs. Perform document control and plan preventive, corrective, and installation activities at client sites. Prepare monthly reports on product applicability and ensure data accuracy in the CMMS. Contribute to CMMS development for maintenance and service control. Manage training for department employees and assist in creating maintenance plans (preventive, predictive, and corrective). Develop lubrication schedules, asset inspection plans, and calibration plans. Assist in preparing technical documentation and operational procedures. Perform asset registration, mapping, and control for facilities. Plan corrective and preventive maintenance jointly with the warehouse to ensure availability of parts and materials. Schedule maintenance activities, assign resources, and track executed services. Lead continuous improvement projects and develop indicators to monitor operational health and asset performance. Create checklists, work orders, and histories for analysis and identification of improvements.
