**Job Description:**

Develop and manage performance indicators for industrial maintenance, projects/construction, and fleet fuel consumption. Monitor employee travel and control operational costs. Perform document control and plan preventive, corrective, and installation activities at client sites. Prepare monthly reports on product applicability and ensure data accuracy in the CMMS. Contribute to CMMS development for maintenance and service control. Manage training for department employees and assist in creating maintenance plans (preventive, predictive, and corrective). Develop lubrication schedules, asset inspection plans, and calibration plans. Assist in preparing technical documentation and operational procedures. Perform asset registration, mapping, and control for facilities. Plan corrective and preventive maintenance jointly with the warehouse to ensure availability of parts and materials. Schedule maintenance activities, assign resources, and track executed services. Lead continuous improvement projects and develop indicators to monitor operational health and asset performance. Create checklists, work orders, and histories for analysis and identification of improvements. Monitor and supervise technicians' work.
**Essential Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree completed in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields;
Proven experience in Planning and Control of Maintenance (PCM);
Experience with Maintenance Management Software (CMMS);
Advanced Microsoft Office suite.
**Desirable Requirements:**
--------------------------
Experience as a field maintenance technician (Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation);
Proven experience in industrial asset management;
Knowledge of ABNT NBR ISO 55000, ABNT NBR ISO 55001, and ABNT NBR ISO 55002;
Experience with MS Project software;
Driver's license category B and experience driving in extensive travel;
Willingness to travel.
