Monitor and control the flow of people and vehicles entering and exiting the cooperative’s premises, recording possible incidents in spreadsheets or logbooks. Regularly inspect gates, fences, lights, security cameras, alarms, and other facilities to ensure proper functioning of security systems. Conduct periodic patrols in internal and external areas, focusing on identifying any suspicious activity or irregularities. Perform preventive maintenance of security systems (lights, alarms), reporting failures or repair needs to management. Redirect visitors to specific areas upon request, ensuring access complies with cooperative regulations. Immediately report any risk situations—such as intrusions or facility damage—to management or security personnel. Thoroughly document all nighttime incidents and actions taken in daily reports. Safeguard asset integrity during the night shift, ensuring no damage or theft occurs on the premises. Collaborate with the security team during emergencies, such as fires or accidents. Confirm tasks to be performed with the immediate supervisor to carry them out according to the established schedule. Guide the team and monitor correct process execution. Instruct users on equipment operating conditions and usage to optimize equipment performance and avoid downtime due to breakdowns or defects. Provide basic technical training to less experienced professionals, disseminating the cooperative’s production and quality practices. Accurately complete daily forms and controls per internal procedures. Communicate with other area colleagues to provide and receive necessary guidance for task execution.
