




**Responsibilities:** * Provide 2nd-level technical support to users, both on-site and remotely. * Manage and maintain physical and logical networks and corporate Wi-Fi. * Proactively monitor internal systems and infrastructure services. * Administer Active Directory (AD), File Server, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and access permissions. * Manage the internal ERP system (perform updates, identify potential performance bottlenecks and failures, and engage the vendor’s technical support when necessary). * Manage and execute backup and restoration routines. * Maintain IT asset inventory and asset tracking. * Provide support and administration for the Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.). * Manage software and service licensing. * Support infrastructure projects, such as server migrations and deployment of new solutions and tools. * Create and update technical documentation and procedural guides. * Identify and propose improvements for infrastructure performance, security, and scalability. **Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Networks, or related fields—either completed or currently pursued. **Requirements:** Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, corporate Wi-Fi). Experience with Active Directory, GPOs, and File Server. Experience administering and supporting the Microsoft 365 suite. Strong technical documentation and process organization skills.
