**Location:** Lar Administrative Center – Medianeira/PR **Work Mode:** Onsite. **Responsibilities:** * Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support; * Performing preventive and corrective configurations and maintenance on servers to ensure availability and optimal performance; * Managing network equipment and resolving infrastructure-related issues; * Structuring and documenting systems; * Proactively monitoring the environment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or related fields; * Solid expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and Hyper-V/VMware virtualization; * Experience with Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, File Server, Web Server (Apache/NGINX/IIS), Grafana, and Zabbix; * Knowledge of backup policies and Information Security will be considered a plus.
