**Job Description:** ---------------------- The IT Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the company's technological infrastructure, ensuring the proper functioning of networks, systems, servers, and equipment. This role will operate on-site, with possible travel to other units using company vehicles, providing technical support and ensuring stability and security of IT environments. Key Responsibilities: Monitor systems, networks, and equipment, identifying failures and preventing performance bottlenecks. Evaluate internet usage indicators and network performance graphs. Plan and configure network security policies and procedures. Design, plan, install, configure, and administer computer networks. Develop structured cabling projects, size cameras and equipment for new units. Supervise and monitor third-party services, ensuring contract compliance and delivery quality. Act as an interface between suppliers and internal clients regarding maintenance and installation requests. Handle level 2 and 3 service tickets, recording and documenting interactions in the ticketing system. Provide on-site and remote technical support to internal users. Support and train technical assistants, promoting standardization and service quality. Create manuals, SOPs, and technical documentation for the department. Propose and participate in IT infrastructure improvement projects. Manage permission and access policies according to the principle of least privilege. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Networks, IT Management, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
