#### **About the position:** We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst focused on monitoring construction and opening new network units. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the correct installation, operation, and validation of IT infrastructure in expanding stores, working directly on-site and coordinating technical activities with suppliers and internal teams. #### **Main responsibilities:** Conduct infrastructure requirements assessments (network, telephony, cameras, servers, etc.) for new stores, together with the areas involved in the expansion project. * Develop and review logical network designs for new units, ensuring compliance with the company's technical standards. * Monitor the execution of construction and infrastructure installations, ensuring contractors follow the schedule, scope, and technical specifications. * Supervise the installation and configuration of network equipment (switches, routers, access points, firewalls), telephony systems, and other IT assets. * Monitor the activation of the stabilized network, ensuring all network devices (such as switches, access points, firewalls, and servers) are correctly connected and operating within the stabilized network, guaranteeing communication among themselves and with corporate systems. * Perform connectivity, performance, and security tests after installation completion, validating the environment prior to store opening. * Create and keep updated technical documentation for stores (network diagrams, floor plans, IP addressing, asset records, among others). * Provide technical support to the infrastructure team and partners throughout all phases of the implementation project. * Interact with telecommunications providers to ensure proper delivery of data and voice links to new units. * Act as the technical liaison between business units, engineering, facilities, and IT suppliers during the rollout of new stores. * Suggest and implement continuous improvements to infrastructure standards based on lessons learned from previous projects. * Handle and resolve internal tickets related to IT infrastructure, both in corporate environments and operational units. #### **Desired qualifications (a plus):** Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related fields.
