The professional will be responsible for providing operational support in the kitchen, including ingredient preparation, cleaning and organizing the workspace, utensils, and equipment. They will perform tasks directly under the guidance of the chef or head cook, ensuring hygiene and food safety standards. * Clean and prepare food items according to the chef's instructions; * Assist in plating dishes and in recipe pre-preparation; * Wash, organize, and store kitchen utensils, pots, and equipment; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work surfaces, pantries, and work areas; * Inspect and properly store received supplies; * Follow food safety regulations and good food handling practices Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Intermittent (freelance) Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$2.260,42 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
