Job Summary: Controller Analyst responsible for analytical cost planning, financial and accounting analysis, support for monthly closing, and preparation of management reports. Key Highlights: 1. Support for strategic projects and economic-financial feasibility studies. 2. Collaboration with accounting, finance, and business areas. 3. Development of management reports and performance indicators. **Controller Analyst** Responsibilities: * Perform analytical cost planning, focusing on projections for the coming years; * Analyze and monitor financial and accounting costs, ensuring data accuracy and supporting decision-making; * Support monthly accounting closing, variance analysis, and results consolidation; * Develop management reports and performance indicators, providing insights for strategic management; * Collaborate with accounting, finance, and business areas to promote alignment and budgetary control; * Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic revisions (forecast); * Support **strategic projects** and economic-financial feasibility studies. * Attend results presentation meetings and provide technical support to leadership. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in controller functions, cost analysis, and financial planning; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel; * Analytical thinking, organization, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of the **Protheus (TOTVS)** system; * Postgraduate degree or complementary courses in finance or controller areas.
