Job Summary: Professional responsible for identifying, controlling, and reconciling assets, generating management reports, and supporting internal and external audits. Key Highlights: 1. Fixed asset tracking and physical/accounting inventory 2. Registration, movement, and depreciation management of assets 3. Generation of management reports and support for audits ASSET ANALYST Responsibilities: · Physical identification and labeling of all movable and immovable assets; · Registration and system updates in the CRTI system; · Reconciliation between physical and financial records; · Control of movements, transfers, disposals, and depreciation; · Generation of management reports to support strategic decisions regarding asset renewal, disposal, and maintenance; · Support for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and guidelines; · Collaboration with Accounting, Controller, and Maintenance departments to promote integration and efficiency in asset management. Requirements: · Experience in fixed asset control and physical/accounting inventory; · Experience in registration, movement, depreciation, and disposal of fixed assets; · Familiarity with ERP systems (CRTI preferred); · Advanced Excel proficiency and experience in fixed asset control reporting; · Basic understanding of depreciation; · Willingness to work in Colombo/PR; · Willingness to travel.
