We seek a sales associate passionate about people, dedicated and committed to delivering delightful service to parents seeking the best for their children. **Responsibilities** * Attend to and delight customers, providing a shopping experience; * Close sales while adhering to pricing and promotional policies; * Assist with store organization, including product restocking and window display setup; * Support inventory management by identifying and reporting restocking needs; * Collaborate as a team to achieve established sales targets; * Provide detailed product information and functionality explanations, addressing all customer questions. **Requirements** * Prior sales experience, preferably in the children's sector; * Enjoy interacting with and serving the public, demonstrating empathy and patience; * Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and meet targets; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in children's fashion or multi-brand retail stores; * Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices; * Familiarity with individual sales tracking tools and CRM systems for customer relationship management. * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, with two weekday days off per month (Sundays are non-working days) **Benefits and Work Environment** * Attractive and progressive commission structure (higher performance yields greater rewards); * Meal allowance and transportation allowance; * Telemedicine: easy and fast access to healthcare professionals; * Wellhub: access to gyms, studios, and wellness programs; * Birthday Day Off; * A welcoming, collaborative environment focused on professional development.
