




Responsibilities and duties: Your typical day: (spoiler: generating plenty of smiles is part of the package)! Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on equipment, machinery, and refrigeration systems, operating tools and applying specific technical procedures to ensure restaurant facilities remain operational; Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on the restaurant’s refrigeration system and main electrical panel, monitoring energy consumption, repairing and/or replacing parts to maintain power and refrigeration systems in compliance with legal standards and company-specific requirements; Carry out building and civil maintenance at the restaurant, identifying irregularities, requesting quotations from specialized companies, arranging necessary approvals, and authorizing repairs. Place orders for replacement parts and equipment when required. Requirements and qualifications: * Essential ingredient ?? * High school diploma or equivalent. * Specific knowledge: Industrial electrical maintenance course, electrical control systems, and/or refrigeration.
