Opportunity for professionals aged 50+ OURO BRANCO SUPERMARKET CHAIN IS HIRING: **BUTCHER** \- **12x36 Shift Schedule** For our store located in TATUQUARA **Main Responsibilities** * **Meat Preparation and Cutting** * Cut beef, pork, poultry, and other meats according to established standards. * Perform deboning, removal of nerves, fat, and undesirable parts while ensuring optimal product yield. * Prepare specialty and customized cuts based on customer demand or store standards. * **Quality Control** * Verify meat origin and freshness by assessing appearance, color, odor, and texture. * Store products properly in cold rooms or freezers, following food safety regulations. * **Hygiene and Preservation** * Keep knives, machines, workbenches, and utensils clean and disinfected. * Strictly follow hygiene and food handling regulations. * **Customer Service** * Assist customers in selecting cuts, providing information on preparation methods, quality, and meat types. * Package, weigh, and label products for sale. * **Inventory Management and Business Support** * Monitor product inflow and outflow to prevent losses and waste. * Assist with inventory organization, restocking, and special orders **Key Competencies** * Knowledge of meat cuts and types. * Attention to hygiene and food safety. **CLT Position** **Benefits:** Coffee SESC Psychologist Training and Development Career Path Monthly Bonus This position is also open to candidates over 50 years old who wish to re-enter the workforce — join our team!
