Work as part of a team, collaborating with the confectionery and bakery counter. OURO BRANCO SUPERMARKET CHAIN IS HIRING: EXPERIENCED BAKER. We are looking for a committed and experienced Baker to join our bakery team. The professional will be responsible for the daily production of bread, doughs, and bakery products, ensuring quality, standardization, and freshness of items offered to customers. Responsibilities * Produce bread (French, sweet, whole grain, specialty, and frozen) and other bakery products according to daily demand; * Perform fermentation, shaping, baking, and finishing of products; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and hygiene in the bakery section in accordance with health surveillance regulations; * Monitor raw material inventory and report replenishment needs; * Ensure product quality standards and presentation on shelves; * Work as part of a team, collaborating with the confectionery and bakery counter when necessary. Requirements * Proven experience as a Baker or Bakery Assistant; * Knowledge of natural fermentation, doughs, and baking techniques; * Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food handling; * Agility, responsibility, and commitment to scheduled hours; * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in supermarket bakery operations; * Knowledge of artisanal or frozen bread production; * Technical or vocational training in baking.
