* Attend customers at the counter, by phone, and via email, providing support and clarifying doubts. * Register new customers and keep existing customers' registration information up to date. * Issue sales orders, verifying terms, prices, margins, and commercial policies. * Analyze competitors' price lists and prepare comparative quotations to support decision-making. * Monitor order margins jointly with management, ensuring profitability. * Organize the customer service environment (counter, sales area) according to 5S standards. * Maintain contact with logistics, shipping, and inventory departments to ensure product availability. * Track sales indicators and propose improvements in customer service or product mix.
