We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work on Cartão Qualidade, a multifunctional solution offered to municipal employees and staff. The ideal candidate should be organized, communicative, committed, and eager to learn and grow within an administrative and public service environment. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide in-person and phone support to service users (public servants) and accredited establishments; * Record service requests and various inquiries; * Update daily control spreadsheets and populate managerial reports and monthly indicators; * Digitize, organize, and index customer service documents; * Import and update registrations in the Cartão Qualidade system; * Assist in monitoring and replenishing supplies used; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and maintain organized records; * Perform other related administrative tasks. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma (completed). * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Skills:** * Strong verbal and written communication; * Experience or familiarity with customer service. **Behavioral competencies:** * Focus on quality and organization; * Communication and interpersonal skills; * Active listening and empathy; * Commitment, proactivity, and teamwork. **Additional information** **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day – from 08:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. **Work mode:** * On-site. **Work location:** * Rua Heitor Stockler de França, nº 356 – Centro Cívico, Curitiba/PR. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance and/or food voucher; * Transportation voucher for on-site and hybrid employees; * Medical insurance: we offer a special Sul América plan (Private Room) with no co-payment!
