The IT Coordinator will be responsible for operating within the Information Technology area, coordinating and monitoring the execution of action plans and processes established by management. They will lead projects related to acquisition, development, implementation, maintenance, and updating of software and hardware, as well as support defining and managing technological infrastructure—including servers, networks, and workstations. They will also ensure execution of backup and data security routines, supervise technical support to users, monitor internal ticket and demand management, participate in technical and economic feasibility studies for acquiring technological solutions, developing systems, networks, and databases, and oversee vendors while proposing improvements that contribute to process efficiency and alignment of technology solutions with strategic needs. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in team coordination or leadership; * Knowledge of ERP systems and hospital/clinical management systems; * Experience in user support, incident/ticket management, and IT infrastructure; * Knowledge of networks, servers, databases, and information security; * Ability to operate both strategically and operationally; **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Experience with SOLUS, Amplimed, and/or Tasy systems; * Experience in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, or health insurance providers); * Knowledge of system integration (interoperability); * Certifications in technology (ITIL, COBIT, Information Security, etc.); * Experience in system implementation projects; * Analytical, proactive, and continuous improvement-oriented profile; **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Meal Voucher * Physical Activity Incentive * Postgraduate Studies Allowance * Unimed University – E-Learning Learning Platform * Length-of-Service Bonus * Uniform **Work Location:** ---------------------- Unimed Guarapuava **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
