Conduct quotations for materials, products, and services according to technical specifications provided by requesting departments; negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best price, quality, delivery time, and payment terms: Perform follow\-up on closed orders. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute purchasing processes for materials, supplies, and services; * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and proposal analyses; * Develop and maintain supplier relationships; * Monitor delivery schedules and ensure contract compliance; * Control supply department performance indicators; * Support inventory management and suggest improvements in the procurement process. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; Proven experience in supply chain/purchasing; Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (preferably TOTVS, SAP, or similar); Strong negotiation, planning, and organizational skills; Good communication and analytical mindset.
