Testing, adjustment, and calibration of equipment We are hiring a Refrigeration Electromechanic to perform on-site maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. **Location:** Curitiba and Metropolitan Region **Salary:** To be negotiated * 30% hazard pay **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (R$ 1.000,00) * Life insurance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Performance bonus (individual and team goals) * Internal training and certifications (NR10 / NR35) * Complete PPE + tools + service order app + technical support * Possibility of overtime * Commission for service sales **Workplace:** On-site service — Curitiba and RMC Occasionally, services may be required in Santa Catarina (SC) and inland Paraná (PR). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday — business hours Availability for occasional emergency calls is required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems * Diagnosis of mechanical and electrical failures * Refrigerant fluid replacement and recharge according to regulations * Testing, adjustment, and calibration of equipment * Completion of service orders (OS) and technical records **Requirements:** * Technical education in Electromechanics / Refrigeration / related fields * Experience with air conditioning systems (split, VRF, and/or chiller) * NR10 and/or NR35 certification (or willingness to obtain) * Driver’s license category B * Willingness to travel * Good interpersonal skills and commitment Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
