If you master CNC programming and want to see your ideas take shape in unique products, **this is your place!** **Requirements:** * Proven experience with CNC Routers and laser cutting machines. * Knowledge of technical drawing software (CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, RDWorks, LaserGRBL, or similar). * Strong ability to interpret measurements and read project plans. * Organized, focused, and attentive to detail. * High school diploma (technical certification is a plus). **Preferred qualifications that are highly valued:** * Experience with large-scale customization (on-demand production). * Understanding of technical drawing and layered cutting. * Skill in fine-tuning layouts for engraving and cutting. **Responsibilities:** * Program and operate CNC Router and laser cutting machines according to received files and technical projects. * Interpret drawings, measurements, and specifications to ensure part accuracy. * Adjust cutting parameters (power, speed, frequency, and focus) based on material type (MDF, acrylic, etc.). * Perform tests and programming corrections to optimize time and reduce material waste. * Carry out basic equipment maintenance (cleaning, alignment, cooling, and mirror inspection). * Ensure optimal use of sheets and materials, improving production efficiency. * Monitor production and inspect piece finishes before delivery. * Collaborate with the team to ensure quality and meet deadlines. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
