Opportunity for professional growth and development The Radiator Mechanic Assistant will be responsible for supporting maintenance, repair, and cleaning activities for automotive and heavy machinery radiators. The role involves direct participation in disassembly, assembly, hygiene, and component testing, ensuring services are performed with quality and safety. **Responsibilities** * Assist in disassembling and assembling radiators and related components. * Perform internal and external cleaning of radiators (air, water, oil, intercooler). * Assist in identifying leaks, blockages, and damage to parts. * Prepare parts and tools for the assigned mechanic. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Follow company safety regulations and technical procedures. * Assist in leak-tightness and functionality tests of radiators after repair. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education * Prior experience in workshops, mechanical fields, or industrial sectors (preferred). * Basic knowledge of hand tools * Willingness to learn and perform operational tasks. * Proactivity, responsibility, and strong teamwork skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with automotive, agricultural, or heavy machinery radiators. * Training courses in mechanics or maintenance. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role. * Benefits: (transportation\-allowance, meal\-allowance, etc.) * Safe and collaborative work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
