Job Description We seek a Maintenance Assistant responsible for: * Assisting in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems * Supporting inspections and organization of the machine room. **Industrial Mechanical and Electrical Support** * Assisting in maintenance of electric motors, pumps, and gear reducers * Supporting disassembly, assembly, and adjustment of mechanical components * Assisting in minor interventions on electrical panels under technical guidance * Supporting organization and control of tools and spare parts. **General Maintenance / Facilities** * Performing minor building repairs (basic plumbing, lighting, painting, structural) * Maintaining industrial doors, metal structures, and utilities * Organizing and preserving technical areas * Addressing general industrial maintenance demands **Equipment Assembly and Installation** * Assisting in assembly and installation of industrial machinery and equipment * Supporting technical adaptations and layout improvements Responsibilities: Requirements: * Basic experience or exposure to industrial maintenance * Fundamental knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems * Technical course in progress preferred (Mechanics, Electromechanics, Refrigeration, or related fields) * NR-10 certification (preferred) * NR-35 certification (preferred) * Prior experience as a maintenance helper or assistant * Experience in the food industry (preferred) * Interest in technical development in industrial refrigeration * Willingness to learn and grow technically * Discipline and responsibility regarding safety * Organization and teamwork * Agility and commitment * Flexibility in working hours Benefits: * Meal allowance; * Corporate cafeteria; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Gympass/Wellhub; * Company laptop; * Company mobile phone; * Special discounts on Cymco products.
